Add products to your cart

Browse the hundreds of products in the eBucks Shop. Make your selection by adding each to your shopping cart.

Login to view cart

Click View cart when you're happy with your selection.

Alternatively, you can click the number of items or Checkout under the shopping cart at the top right–hand corner of the eBucks website.

You'll be asked to login with your SA ID number or eBucks card number and your 4–digit eBucks PIN. If you do not have one, log into the eBucks website and select "send me a PIN". Alternatively, call the eBucks contact centre on 087 320 3200.

Pay in eBucks or Rands

Paying for your cart has never been this simple. We'll calculate the best way to pay for your cart.

Enjoy the best of both worlds. You'll get full savings when you pay for your cart in eBucks, but you can still opt to save up your eBucks for something special and pay for the remaining balance of your cart in Rands. Just adjust the amount payable in eBucks and we'll automatically change the Rand total for you. Then enter your FNB or RMB Private Bank Cheque or Credit Card details at checkout. As easy as that!

How to pay in the eBucks Shop

What do I need?

An active eBucks account and a FNB or RMB Private Bank Cheque or Credit Card.


How does it work?

Products in the eBucks Shop have now been classified into three groupings that will help you maximise your savings and reward you for being an FNB or RMB Private Bank client. We automatically calculate the best way for you to pay for your shopping cart based on these three groups.

Delivery

For physical products, please ensure that you've entered your full delivery address correctly, this includes the building or floor number for any office deliveries. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will result in a delay. Remember, all items are couriered, so can't be delivered to a PO Box or unattended address.

Virtual products, such as airtime, movie tickets or electronic gift cards, require valid cellphone numbers or email addresses. Please ensure these details are correct before completing your order as these purchases are non-refundable* once sent.

Confirm your order

You'll be given one last opportunity to view your order in its entirety. If you are happy with the product selection, quantities, payment options and delivery addresses, tick "I have read and accepted the terms & conditions" check-box and confirm your order.

Click "Change cart" or "Cancel" to stop the shopping process and return to your cart.

You'll receive a reference number on-screen and in an e-mail once your order has been confirmed. Keep this number so that you can track the progress of your order with our contact centre on 087 320 3200.
