Starting in Monção, enjoy eco trails along the River Minho, the natural border with Spain, with scenic views and historic towns. Cycle from Caminha down the Atlantic Coast to Viana do Castelo, and onward to Ponte de Lima. Continue through Arcos de Valdevez and Ponta da Barca, reaching Barcelos and finally the UNESCO World Heritage city of Porto.
