How to spend your eBucks in-store

Your eBucks card is your key to spending eBucks at our in-store partners. Present your eBucks card when you pay and enter your 4-digit eBucks PIN when asked for it. Your eBucks card works just like a debit card.

Not enough eBucks? Use both your eBucks and your bank card to pay

If you don't have enough eBucks to pay for your purchase in full, you can pay the difference using your FNB or RMB Bank physical or virtual card. All you have to do is swipe your eBucks card at the till, enter your 4-digit eBucks PIN, then pay the balance with your bank card. It's as simple as that.

Rules to remember

  • eBucks can be earned at all Golfers Club stores within South Africa.
  • Customers can also earn eBucks for shopping on the Golfers Club website and mobile App.
  • All eBucks customers can spend their eBucks instore at Golfers Club.
  • You cannot spend eBucks on the Golfers Club website or the Golfers Club App.
  • For all purchase queries, please contact Golfers Club directly.
  • Golfers Club refund policies apply. You cannot be refunded in cash for items you've bought using your eBucks.

How to check your eBucks balance before spending your eBucks

  • App: login to our app and click on the eBucks icon on the Home screen
  • FNB's electronic channels: Register for and log onto Online Banking or FNB Cellphone Banking
  • Online: login to the eBucks website and go My eBucks.
  • SMS the word 'balance' and your ID number to 32224. Each SMS costs R1.
  • Call us on 087 320 3200.

Terms of Use

  • FNB retail customers can earn up to 30% back in eBucks when you shop at Golfers Club and pay with your qualifying FNB Premier, FNB Private Clients, FNB Private Wealth or RMB Private Bank virtual card.
  • FNB commercial customers can earn up to 30% back in eBucks when you shop at Golfers Club and pay with your qualifying FNB Gold, Platinum, Enterprise, Healthcare & Private, RMB Private Bank Business credit card.
  • Retail customers: If you pay with your physical card at Golfers Club, you'll earn up to 1%* back in eBucks depending on your FNB account.
  • Business customers: If you pay with your debit card at Golfers Club, you'll earn up to 1%* back in eBucks depending on your FNB account.
  • eBucks can be earned and spent at all Golfers Club stores within South Africa.
  • You can use a combination of eBucks and rands to pay for your in-store purchase at Golfers Club.
    However, for online purchases at Golfers Club, you can only pay in rands and cannot use eBucks or a combination of both eBucks and Rands.
  • You do not earn eBucks when using any other discount, EFT, another loyalty programme, gift cards or vouchers, or a credit note when making a purchase.
  • Golfers Club refund policies apply. You cannot be refunded in cash for items you've bought using your eBucks.
