How to earn and spend your eBucks at iStore
Premier, Private, Private Wealth and RMB Private Bank clients
- Earn up to 15% back in eBucks when you shop at iStore and pay with your qualifying virtual FNB Premier, FNB Private Clients, FNB Private Wealth or RMB Private Bank Card. The percentage you earn back depends on your reward level.

Pay in eBucks
Choose to pay or part-pay for recent iStore in-store or online purchases using your eBucks instead of Rands.
How does this work?
- Visit the Pay in eBucks tab on the FNB/RMB Private Bank App
- Select a recent iStore transaction
- Enter the amount you'd like to pay or part-pay in eBucks
- That amount will be debited from your available eBucks balance
- The account used for the original iStore purchase with be credited in Rands
Please note: You will only earn eBucks on the amount you chose to pay for in Rands.

Rules to remember
- You won't earn eBucks on purchases made using any payment method other than your qualifying FNB/ RMB Private Bank card, including part payment using any other payment method.
- You will only earn eBucks on devices purchased from iStore. You won't earn eBucks on any contracts taken out from iStore.
- Any purchase made at iStore Pre-Owned (PLG) does not qualify for earning eBucks.
- You can use a combination of eBucks & Rands to pay for your transaction at any iStore.
How to earn eBucks at in-store automatic earn partners
- Visit the partner's store.
- Choose the item or items you want to buy.
- Pay with your qualifying FNB or RMB Private Bank Cheque or linked Credit Card.

How to spend your eBucks in-store
Your eBucks card is your key to spending eBucks at our in-store partners.
Present your eBucks card when you pay and enter your 4-digit eBucks PIN when asked for it. Your eBucks card works just like a debit card.
Not enough eBucks? Use both your eBucks and your bank card to pay
If you don't have enough eBucks to pay for your purchase in full, you can pay the difference using your FNB or RMB Private Bank card. All you have to do is swipe your eBucks card at the till, enter your 4-digit eBucks PIN, then pay the balance with your bank card. It's as simple as that.
How to check your eBucks balance before spending your eBucks
- App: login to our app and click on the eBucks icon on the Home screen
- FNB's electronic channels: Register for and log onto Online Banking or FNB Cellphone Banking
- Online: login to the eBucks website and go My eBucks.
- SMS the word 'balance' and your ID number to 32224. Each SMS costs R1.
- Call us on 087 320 3200.

Register on the online partner's website
You'll need to be logged into the partner's website before you can order anything.

Browse the website and choose products to add to your shopping basket or cart. Next, check out.

Choose eBucks as your payment method
Choose eBucks as your payment method. You will be asked to enter your SA ID number and eBucks PIN. Once you are logged in, you'll be able to see your eBucks account.

Enter your One Time PIN (OTP)
We will send an OTP to your cellphone so that you can confirm your online purchase and complete your order.
